We are engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of polyethylene pipes (“PE Pipes”) through our subsidiary, Shanxi Wanshida Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. Our PE pipes are used in water distribution and gas piping networks. We consider our PE Pipes Division to be a non-core business.
